Celebrating the Launch of ‘Need to Know’ – A Book for Women’s Empowerment in the Church
In my spare time, I write words. I am honored to be a contributing author to Need to Know: Empowering Female Leadership and Why It’s Essential for the Future of the Church, a book two years in the making that advocates for the power of women’s vital voices in the church.
The Power of Women’s Voices in the Church
As Lead Pastor of The Church We Hope For, I’m grateful that the future is now. I no longer have to wait and women don’t have to wonder if their wisdom is welcome and has the power to build up the community led by the Spirit.
This book is for those on the fence. It is for brothers who need to know how God has made us Ezers, and they’re incomplete without us in the Kin-dom. It is for sisters who still wonder, “May I….? Can I….? Lead? Preach? Teach? Edify with my Spirit-breathed gifts?”

“Need to Know draws on the perspectives of twenty-one authors—a diverse company of predominantly female voices who impart personal experience, theological analysis, and historical study. They challenge the prevailing structures, examine the benefits of empowering leadership, and envision a future where women and men lead together.” #needtoknow
